We ship all of our orders exclusively through the USPS and we currently ship within the USA, and to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Great Britain and most European countries and to APO/FPO addresses via USPS First Class mail. If you are unable to order due to a country restriction message, contact us and we can add your country to our allowed shipping list. (Provided that your location is not in Africa) We normally ship all orders within 24 hours, but please allow up to (2) business days for processing and shipping of your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that includes tracking information and an ETA of your package once your order ships.
NOTE: We DO NOT ship to Nigeria or to any country located on the African continent!
Due to the very specialized nature of our software, we do not offer refunds. We will be happy to replace at no cost to our customer, any hard media product that is either defective or has been damaged in shipping. This includes both CD’s and USB Flash Drives. Defective or damaged items must be returned to us for credit in order to be replaced. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately with your order details including the USPS tracking number.
For obvious reasons, there are NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER on digitally downloaded products.
